đSometimes Always by SISTER no7 đ
Hello world,
Spring is here Melbourne! I feel so alive, I have a spring in my step and hayfever in my nose but loving every minute of it. Another jam packed week of fun things. Photoshoots for SISTER, eating delish food and running around town. Unfortunately no movie night this week but I did start watching the new Adam Brody show to relive my teenage dreams of Seth Cohen⌠and itâs working :)Â
Love,
Em
đWhat weâre listening to
This week Iâve had Fleetwood Mac on repeat, specifically Silver Springs, only to find out by my best friend itâs stuck in my head because itâs all over TikTok and Insta lol!Â
Iâm always happy for a Fleetwood Mac resurgence any day though. I also listened to a good Bandsplain podcast on The Clash too which I will link below. I always have time for a good punk tale and this is a good one.

đWhat weâre watchingÂ
Like I said before, I am watching âNobody Wants Thisâ the new Adrian Brody show aka Seth Cohen show, I am well aware the entire world is currently also bingeing this.. Itâs a trashy romance comedy about a woman who has no luck dating. Her and her sister have a podcast called Nobody Wants This, and they are on the verge of their big break when one of the sisters meets a Rabbi at a friends party in LA.
Itâs not going to change your life, but if Seth Cohen did things for you in highschool like he did to me⌠then you will get a kick out of this show. Iâm watching it on Netflix.
Here are some cute pics of Seth from the OC

đWhat weâre eating
Now that the weather is getting warmer I have been hitting our classic â Studio Salad Recipeâ.Â
We all make it nearly every day in the studio, itâs even taped up on our kitchen wall in the studio kitchenette. Alice designed this page for our 2020 zine and weâve celebrated it every day since.

đWhat weâre up to
One of my oldest pals, author and poet Jazz Money, was in town this week and I was lucky enough to be invited to a special small lunch she was putting on at Haydens Gallery as part of her exhibition. It was an intimate sit down lunch where we were lucky enough to have Jazz read some of her poems from her new book. It was a lovely afternoon spent with great company sharing stories and enjoying an incredible lunch put on by Manze.  Â
Speaking of the food⌠OMG wow it was absolutely insane. I have been dying to go to Manze so getting this little taste has made us NEED to book in asap.

đWho is inspiring us
Iâve been LOVING seeing all the street style from Fashion week, and watching all the shows of course, but my fave is seeing what everyone is wearing to the shows.Â

đWHAT WEâRE LOVING FEAT. EMMA FROM DARLING JEWELLERY

Any fun purchases?Â
I really love these handbags by Cleo Camp. They are so cute and made independently in LA, Definitely on my Christmas list. Mostly spending my money on jewellery tools and metal at the moment.Â
What paused you in your tracks?Â
I saw The Substance the other day, it was a great depiction on the aging of women. I read a few interviews with the director (Coraline Fargeat) she really shares how â constantly womens bodies are scrutinized , judged, analysed, fantasied, sexualisedâ. And you canât ignore it, I thought again this sums up how we have to navigate through the world as females.Â
What is something you are looking forward to?
Summer for sure, Iâm such a water baby! Iâm also excited to travel to Vietnam next year.

gorgeous! And that salad⌠perfect and yum! Sent it to my sissy â¤ď¸
